Culinary Positions in a 5-star Hotel
We are a brand new 5-star hotel due to be opening late December with large banquetting and 9 F&B outlets in INdonesia.
We are currently looking for a motivated Executive Sous chef with Thai,Japanese,Chinese , Western Cuisine background.
Must posses excellent cullinary skill with sound food cost management.
The duties will include overlooking the the overall operations.This position is reporting directly to the executive chef .
Other Vacancies include.
1. Banquet Head Chef
Must have Chinese banquets experience.
2. Asian Chef/Assistant Banquet Chef.
Extensive Asian Cuisine experience
3. Chef De Cuisine
Must Have Fusion fine Dining and chinese cuisine experience
4. Pastry Chef
Chocolate and bakery experience is a must.
